Chad Grinsteiner, P.E., S.E.
Structures Department Manager
Chad Grinsteiner serves as the Structures Department Manager at CEC. He has been working in the design and investigation of civil structures since 1995. Prior to CEC, he served as President of White Engineering Associates until merging with CEC at the end of 2021. Mr. Grinsteiner earned Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University and is licensed as a Professional Engineer in the states of Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, and Louisiana. He and his wife have two sons and two labrador retrievers. When not working, Chad enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his family, and working on classic cars.
