Power Transmission Department Manager
Joel Blair serves as the Power Transmission Department Manager at CEC. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1999. Mr. Blair has over 24 years of engineering experience as a civil/structural engineer in electrical transmission line design and has been at CEC since 2015. He and his wife Jessica have three daughters. In his free time, Mr. Blair enjoys hanging out with family and friends, and playing basketball and golf.
