Loafman Substation
CEC designed a new, physical substation layout, and site design for the 138 kV Loafman substation near Lindsay, OK. This substation feeds Rural Electric Cooperative. This substation design included extensive grounding study as there were pipelines on the property. Additionally, CEC evaluated the existing transformer structures to add line switches for the substation. CEC was responsible for the site design, including drainage, earthwork and driveways. CEC coordinated with WFEC, REC, and Enerfin Energy to complete the design.
