Owasso Redbud Festival Park
CEC provided civil, structural, and MEP design for the construction of a centerpiece downtown park. The park is going to spark downtown development and enhance the Redbud District in Owasso, OK. The scope included:
- Site/grading design
- Utility design
- Detention pond removal & storm sewer design
- Structural steel pavilion structure that includes exposed custom architectural column and shading elements
- Concrete stage platform with an exposed structural steel canopy structure
- Architectural and landscape lighting design including color-changing fixtures with DMX control
- Food truck power design
- MEP design for public restroom facilities
