The Flats On Archer

Located in the Tulsa Arts District (formerly known as the Brady Arts District), this mixed-use community consisted of 91,00 square feet of new construction. Level 1 included a combination of a 31-car parking garage and commercial space, while levels 2-5 make up the residential living spaces. Level 1 was a cast-in-place concrete podium structure that supports wood framing for levels 2-5.

This facility also includes a rooftop entertaining space, meeting space for residents or commercial tenants to use, business center, as well as a multi-level fitness studio.

CEC provided structural engineering and consulted with Sikes-Abernathie Architects.
